Supervising the performance of all departments across Pakistan, such as Jamia-tul-Madinah, Dar-ul-Madinah, Madani Qafilah, and the Education Department. Developing and implementing strategic plans for Madani work across regions, zones, and local areas. Formulating organizational policies in consultation with the Central Advisory Council (Markazi Majlis-e-Shura) and overseeing their implementation. Preparing, reviewing, and following up on annual Madani projects and initiatives. Training and mentoring regional, zonal, and local supervisors to strengthen grassroots efforts.
